A rapidly growing organisation based just outside of Birmingham City Centre are currently seeking a Grad- Level Property Administrator. This is a truly unique opportunity for an individual who has a real passion for property and loves the client elements of a role. This is a full-time permanent role paying 17K per annum. 

Not two days will be the same in this role with the workload varying with great opportunity for progression. The successful candidate of this role will account manager a high profile client in dealing with queries about the progress of properties, managing the tenancy process, dealing with any maintenance queries, liaising with suppliers and contractors alongside handling any complaints. Due to the nature of this role, a lot of the client contact will be done over the phone and email so professionalism and an ability to articulate yourself is essential! 

The ideal candidate will be a graduate (or equivalent) and looking to start a career within property with the company potentially putting this individual through their qualifications. You will ideally have previous customer service/ administration experience and be ready to hit the ground running!
