A highly reputable business based South East of Birmingham is looking for a passionate customer services professional for a new opportunity on an initial 12 month temp contract with the view to then going permanent should business demands meet the needs.. Working within a well established team; you should have a great attitude and always go above and beyond to assist any of the businesses clients. Based in beautiful offices just outside of Birmingham, this business boasts an inclusive and dynamic working environment. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

·         Provision of timely and professional responses to customers contacts and queries

·         Management of client accounts including processing of payments and spend reporting

·         Successful management of the client relationship ensuring the all round client experience is positive

·         Understanding of service delivery standards whilst providing guidance to the wider team where appropriate and adhering to targets

·         Handling internal database systems ensuring compliance with Data Protection Act

·         All other ad hoc responsibilities in line with the businesses customer service function

You must be available for an immediate start due to the temp-to-perm nature of this role as well as have access to you own form of transportation. You will ideally possess experience in the above listed tasks and must have a passion for customer service!
