Katie Bard are currently recruiting for a truly unique and exciting opportunity working for a truly incredible charity based in Birmingham. As a Referral administrator you will have a empathetic approach to work mixed with a strong sense of resilience and an excellent attention to detail and experience within a telephone based role previously. This role would suit a graduate with previous office based experience looking for a career within the charity sector.

Day to day you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from patients who have been referred from their GPS, carefully listening to the information they offer and logging it on their internal CRM Systems. Further to this you will be responsible for signposting them to the relevant part of the charity and ensuring excellent customer service is given at all times. On top of this you will manage the live webchat function, general database administration and writing and formatting referral letters.

This role would suit a graduate or equivalent looking for a career within a people focused, caring and challenging environment. You must have a strong passion for charities and supporting individuals but you must have the strength and ability to be resilient in what could be challenging conversations.

Due to COVID-19 this role will start off working remotely until the end of August where there will be a  transition back to the office environment.
