A forward-thinking organisation are looking for a bright, proactive individual to come on board part-time (3 days a week) as a Team Assistant! This is an amazing opportunity for someone hoping to develop their existing administration skills in a varied role! You will be joining an extremely professional and dynamic team in their office in Birmingham city centre!  This is a 9-month FTC and the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.


You daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the reception/front of house – Greeting visitors and announcing their arrival, setting up meetings rooms, answering the phone and taking messages, as well as preparing, proof-reading, and compiling relevant documents for meetings and other additional administrative support
  • PA responsibilities – Managing diaries, making travel arrangements, and supporting with holiday cover for other PAs
  • Office Management – Act as the main point of contact for all building, maintenance, and security enquiries, ensure all office services and IT/telephone contracts and up to date, and purchase necessary stationery and supplies
  • Additional responsibilities – Updating databases and ensuring the maintenance and storage of all files and statutory records meet compliance standards. You will also support with inputting weekly payments and cash reconciliation, and any other administrative tasks

The ideal candidate for this role will pay strong attention to detail, have excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to use their initiative to problem solve! Previous experience in a role with similar responsibilities is desired.
