Are you looking to take the next step within an admin/ compliance coordination role? A unique business based in the Solihull area are looking for a switched on and engaging individual for a fantastic opportunity. Working as part of this growing business, you will be responsible for the internal training coordination for the business’ contractors. Working across a range of locations and levels, you will be responsible for the following:

Management and marketing of the business’ suite of training products in both an e-learning and classroom based capacity
Involvement in the development of the course material and structure in order to ensure continuous improvement
Create and build relationships with specialist tutors through use of the business website and other suitable resources
Maintain an accurate record of schedules and training activity
Coordinate courses including booking rooms and producing materials
All other relevant administrative tasks in line with the business function

You must possess excellent admin coordination skills and well as a first class telephone manner and proactive approach to a workload. This business in conveniently situated for travel via public transport or car. This role would be perfect for someone with prior accreditation and compliance experience within a training body.
