PA with Comms - Temp to Perm (ID:148)
Based in central Birmingham this newly created PA role will
be supporting a senior Executive within our client’s Communications Team. You will often be involved in high profile
stakeholder engagement and media work, fielding a
high volume of requests and correspondence effectively and discreetly. Being
flexible and adaptable is key and due to the nature of the role, you will ideally
have some experience of how a busy communications team works.
Previous experience as a PA is
essential including managing and co-ordinating multiple diaries, arranging and
managing travel, accommodation, meetings and events internally and externally,
and with experience of supporting multiple people simultaneously. You’ll need
to be fully conversant with Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel and PowerPoint to an
intermediate level.
At times this role may need to get involved with events
organising, writing copy and dealing with correspondence so will require a PA who
can quickly adapt and prioritise given the nature of the workloads of those
being supported and the fast-paced nature of the team and its output.
