Payroll Administrator for Multinational Law Firm (ID:12805)
A progressive multinational law firm is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their international operations / human resources team. This role will involve the administration of the monthly payrolls to provide an efficient and professional service. The successful applicant is required to have an excellent working knowledge of payroll practices and procedures including RTI, statutory and occupational parental payments and automatic enrolment. Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensuring accurate transmission of data
- Processing payments
- Sorting payroll disbursements and reconciliations
- Benefit administration including childcare vouchers and pensions
- It is essential that the successful applicant has excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in project-related work or in a payroll position would be beneficial.
