Office Administrator & Receptionist (ID:123)
We
are looking for a bright, proactive individual to join a growing business based
in Birmingham as an office administrator/receptionist! This an exciting
opportunity for someone looking to develop their administration skills in an
all-round role, supporting the team and contributing to the overall
effectiveness of the business!
Your
daily responsibilities will include:

Handling all telephone and email enquiries on
the reception desk
·
Welcoming visitors and ensuring compliance with
all procedures
·
Distributing any parcels and signing for
deliveries
·
Maintain and update files and records and
support with general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning and
archiving documents
·
Assisting with the guidance of staff,
contractors and visitors on-site and managing access to the car park
·
Provide First Aid and Fire Marshall cover
·
Any additional ad-hoc administration or
facilities responsibilities
The
ideal candidate for this role will have a friendly and welcoming personality, work
well independently, be extremely organised and thorough, and be able to manage
their time efficiently!
