A boutique property business based in their new offices in Birmingham City Centre are looking for a client focused Coordinator/ Administrator for a fantastic full-time opportunity within their close-knit team. Supporting the team Property Manager, you will be required to not only manage all administrative elements of the business operation, but also handle a large and complex client portfolio.

Day to day, you will be required to manage all queries for an extensive national client base, handle telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner, carry out elements of diary management and travel arrangements, as well as manage the business inbox and post. In addition to these daily responsibilities, you will also be required to assist with specific operation projects and general business function. The successful candidate must be capable to handle high volumes of documentation and databases. As this role evolves you will also be involved in marketing and events support as well helping generate new business.
