A hugely reputable and impressive international law firm are seeking an individual ready to take on a busy and process driven role within their fast-paced central administrative team. As this role will be supporting numerous departments across the business the successful applicant will need to possess the ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities. The role will include the following responsibilities as well as other ad hoc requirements:

Full and efficient administrative support to all teams including open and closing legal files on behalf of fee earners
Effective utilisation of in-house archiving systems to include scanning, filing and printing
Preparation of court bundles using expert document production skills
Management of room bookings and travels arrangements on behalf of fee earners and other members of the business
Distributing of post to staff members
Lifting and shifting, preparing meeting rooms

Elements of financial administration to include cheque requests and processing of expenses using in-house systems
This is a fantastic opportunity within Birmingham City Centre suitable for an individual who has the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment. The successful applicant must possess excellent levels of IT skills, a desire to thrive within a busy environment and the ability to work effectively within a team whilst still acting on their own initiative! This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday. Whilst this role is initially a 12-month FTC, there is definitely scope for the role to become permanent.
