A prestigious, international law firm are looking for an experienced and proactive Financial Administrator to support their in-house billing team, based at their Birmingham City Centre offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally-renowned firm in a permanent position and gain invaluable experience working in a busy, high-volume, corporate environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing a seamless, professional customer experience for the client
  • Issuing bills and ensuring consistency with client protocols
  • Supporting the strategic growth and development of the business
  • Looking at automation, reducing manual processed and resolving queries and rejections
Previous experience in a financial administration position is essential for this role. The ideal candidate with have comprehensive IT skills, with particular proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and be confident working with high volumes of clients. They will also be analytically-minded and have the ability to interpret data quickly and efficiently. Previous experience in a professional services/corporate environment is desirable but not essential.
