A fantastic business is looking for an individual for an exciting opportunity in their Birmingham based office. Covering a 12-month FTC, you will be required to support a lively and sociable team including 3 busy Directors. This is the perfect opportunity to put existing PA skills to great use within a highly reputable business. You will be responsible for the following:

Management of schedules and diaries for the Directors including coordinating travel and collating of all relevant documentation for meetings
Direct involvement in meetings including facilitating and audio-visual equipment, distribution of papers and minute taking
Effective internal and external liaison on behalf of the Directors including visitors and clients
Expert utilisation of internal systems in order to raise monthly invoices, process expenses and record all related client data
To assist with HR data including holiday and sickness and new starter information
Coordination of all relevant hospitality requests for the team acting as the primary point of contact for all client queries

You must be immediately available for this opportunity and possess professional and related work experience. You must also be happy to commute to Birmingham City Centre on a hybrid basis. You MUST have prior Executive Assistant experience, ideally with prior property or professional services experience.
