Leading a team of 15 customer service staff providing written and telephone responses to customers. The role based in central Birmingham for a well known transport provider will include free travel on their services.You will need to have strong supervisory experience and be free to cover shifts: 07.00 - 15.00 (week 1) 11.00 - 19.00 (week 2) and work 1 in 3 weekends 08.00 - 16.00.
