Our client based in Birmingham are a professional services company looking to recruit an Operations Manager to manage, motivate and lead their helpdesk/internal customer services team. managing a team leaders, who in turn manage their own teams. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve processes, undertake change management, projects, managing costs and resources, analysing business performance and much more. Applicants must have experience of managing Team Leaders in a customer service or help desk environment within a corporate environment.
