We are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Law Paralegal to join the in-house Legal Department of a leading Birmingham based business. In this role you will be working alongside a fee earner to provide advice on Commercial Law to all other departments in the firm as well as some Employment advice where needed.
This role will involve a range of duties including, legal research, reviewing terms and conditions, looking into relevant precedents and statutes as well as keeping a live database of active contracts and their important dates. The lawyer is keen to recruit someone who will bring an additional energy and drive to the team. Someone who is a self-starter and can think for themselves is important as there will be occasions where you will be the main point of contact in the department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal experience both academically and professionally as well as the right attitude to work. There is scope to progress and develop in the role is available as the department grows and the team gets busier and the firm are offering an excellent salary and benefits to the successful candidate.
