Due to our continued success we currently require a Senior Consultant to work in their Birmingham office to take advantage of a great brand and develop their recruitment needs within the executive secretarial sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious consultant to play a significant part in developing the business. We are looking for Permanent Consultants with the ambition to succeed and the desire to become business leaders. Our top senior consultants earn in excess of £49,000.
Who are you?
• Ideally you will have experience within the recruitment industry
• Strong Sales and Commercial background
• You will be client focused / customer service orientated, with a determination to pursue leads
• Degree level educated or equivalent
• You will be a proactive and confident self starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• You will have the desire and ability to develop strong and progressive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• You will have strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate those around you.
